Minutes to Midnight

Linkin Park “dilahirkan” pada 1996 dengan anggota-anggota seperti Chester Bennington, Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, Dave Farrell, Mike Shinoda dan Joe Hahn. Dan mantan-mantan anggotanya seperti Mark Wakefield, Scott Koziol, dan Kyle Christener.

Grup musik Linkin Park ini beraliran nu metal dan rock alternatif. Grup musik ini berasal dari California di Amerika Serikat. Sebelum menjadi nama Linkin Park, mereka sudah beberapa berganti nama mulai dari Xero, Hybrid Theory, dan akhirnya menjadi Linkin Park.

Perombakan formasi juga sudah terjadi di grup musik ini mulai dari vokalis nan sebelumnya bukan ditempati oleh Chester Bennington, namun oleh Mark Wakefield. Lalu, Mark keluar dari Linkin Park dan menjadi seorang manager dari sebuah grup band dan bassisnya Dave juga mengundurkan diri dari Linkin Park buat ikut tur dengan band lamanya. Sementara, anggota grup lainnya tetap ada di dalam band.

Sampai sekarang, Linkin Park telah membuat empat album studio nan keempat album tersebut berjudul Hybrid Theory, Meteora, Minute to Midnight, A Thousand Suns, dan Libing Things. Namun, ditambah juga dengan album live dan album EP.

Sampai sekarang, sudah banyak lagu-lagu hits nan ditelurkan oleh Linkin Park, sebut saja lagu-lagu seperti "In The End", "Somewhere I Belong", dan juga "What I’ve done" nan lirik lagu Linkin Park ini sudah dihapal dengan baik oleh penggemarnya. Jika dihitung-hitung jumlah penjualan nan sukses dihasilkan dari semua albumnya ialah sebanyak 50 juta keping.

Album pertama Linkin Park, Hybrid Theory dirilis pada 2000 dengan single nan terkenal "Crawling" dan "In The End". Dan di edisi spesial Hybrid Theory dengan lagu "My Desember" dan "High Voltage".

Album kedua Linkin Park ialah Meteora nan diluncurkan pada 2003. Banyak penghargaan nan diterima Linkin Park di album ini. Dan lagu nan paling hits dari album ini ialah Somewhere I Belong, inilah lirik lagu Linkin Park.

Linkin Park juga merilis album Live in Texas, Reanimation, dan Collision Course, serta Hybrid Theory EP. Linkin Park berhasil dalam mempopulerkan lagu-lagunya seperti Crawling, In the End, Numb, Somewhere I Belong, dan What I've Done. Secara total, album-album Linkin Park telah terjual sebanyak 50 juta keping.
